Application: |
Reduces slurry viscosity and improves slurry fluidity, facilitating the spray-drying process, lowering energy consumption, and thereby increasing production capacity. Increases the moisture content of the finished laundry powder by 2–4%, reducing production costs. Promotes the hydration of sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP) in the powder, enhancing anti-caking properties and improving product quality. Reduces the loss of fine powder in the spray tower exhaust, decreasing pollution and increasing output. Sodium p-toluenesulfonate is also used in the organic synthesis industry. In the pharmaceutical sector, it is employed in the synthesis of doxycycline, dipyridamole, and naproxen, and serves as an intermediate in the production of amoxicillin and cefadroxil. Use: Add 2–3% of this product (by weight) to the detergent slurry formulation to achieve the desired effect.
