Features:

The mixture has excellent fluidity, is easy to manually or mechanically fill sand, has good surface roughness of castings, and high dimensional accuracy.   

It has excellent curing performance, easy demolding, good hardness and permeability, and excellent strength of sand core at room temperature and high temperature.   

Usage: It can be used for the production of cast steel parts, cast iron parts, and non-ferrous castings, all with excellent quality records. Sand cores are prone to disintegration and regeneration, which can reduce the consumption of raw sand.

Packaging: Sealed in iron drums, net weight 240Kg. Or according to customer requirements.

Storage: Keep tightly sealed in a cool and dry place, avoiding heat and direct sunlight.

Safety precautions:

This product is flammable and can explode when directly mixed with curing agents and other acids. Use explosion-proof ventilation systems and equipment. Firefighting equipment and leak emergency devices are equipped on site.

This product is toxic and irritating, and operators must wear protective equipment.

Empty containers must not be cut or heated without thorough cleaning.

The storage and use site should be cool, ventilated, and away from sources of fire and heat. The packaging should be sealed.

Fog water, foam, dry powder, carbon dioxide and sand can be used to extinguish the fire.

Emergency measures:

Skin contact: Remove contaminated clothing and rinse with running water.

Eye contact: Lift the eyes and face, and clean with flowing saline or physiological saline. Seek medical attention.

Inhalation: Go to a place with fresh air. If breathing is difficult, administer oxygen. If breathing stops, immediately perform artificial respiration. Seek medical attention.

Ingestion: induce vomiting, seek medical attention immediately.
